As of 4-2-2008 all custom designed guitar and camera straps are defined as any of our guitar or camera straps that the customer wants embroidered with a personalized design.

If you already have a Specific Design:

1. If you already have a custom design we will give a FREE ESTIMATE on the entire cost of the strap. In order to receive a free estimate, we will need the following information: (1) What type of strap (camera or guitar) (2) the width of the strap you want - series 100 (2 1/2” wide) or 200 (3 1/4” wide) for guitars, regular width (1 7/8” wide) or Thinline (1 1/8” wide) for cameras, (3) what color of leather for the body, and (4) what color of leather or snakeskin for the inlay.

2. After receiving the estimate, if you order the strap, a deposit of 1/2 the estimated cost is due and nonrefundable before any artwork off of your design begins.  

3. After approval of the artwork, the balance will be charged upon completion prior to shipping.

If you have NO Specific Design in Mind:

1. If you have no specific design in mind, we will be glad to work with you in creating a custom strap design.  A design fee of $50.00 is due and nonrefundable before any design work begins. After two hours of design time, each additional hour will be billed at $25.00 per hour. After finishing the design to your satisfaction, we will give an estimate of the final cost of the strap.

2. After receiving the estimate, if you order the strap, an amount totaling 1/2 the total estimated cost will be charged after approval of the design, and the balance will be charged upon completion prior to shipping.

Custom designed straps are nonreturnable

We will not make any straps with religious, political, or any controversial theme. Action Custom Straps does reserve the right to refuse any customer submitted design. Our goal is to help you have a personalized strap that is within the parameters which we have indicated by our own designs shown on the web site.
